Not familiar with cruising?

Of course, you will have a comfortable cabin and our cruise ship offers nice private accommodations for each room. Most cabins on a cruise ship are well arranged and efficient. While not as large as a typical motel room would be, they are practical. Other than to sleep, shower, and change clothes, you likely find you will spend most of your time on deck or in the common spaces around the ship.

Planning for our Cruise Conference

The example below to show you how to calculate your pricing with the most commonly booked stateroom, chosing an Oceanview Cabin (non-operating window) plus your Cruise Conference Registration fees. When you cruise, most of your typical daily expense for food use of the ship's features is built into the price of your fare. You will have additional costs for excursions off the boat, as well as for alcohol and soft-drinks onboard. Certain specialty activities may require additional fees from Carnival, but in general, you can attend free classes, nightly entertainment and it's all part of your package pricing.

The pricing examples below are subject to change without notice. Your actual pricing is determined at the time of booking, and a deposit is required by Carnival to lock in the cabin fare rate at that time.

The table below summarizes cabin pricing from Carnival Cruiseline for booking within our group reservation. Your cabin rates vary depending upon your cabin preference and number of people in your party. The deposit of $ 250 / person indicated above applies toward the total.

Note that if you were to review the Carnival website for their typical cruise rates, the fees and taxes are typically not listed, only the “guest rate” itself is quoted. The fuel surplus and port fees plus taxes ($ 228 / person) are including in the total price we quote below.

Note: The VIP Conference Attendee/Guest fee is separate and unrelated to the cruise fees in the table below.
